We are practically about 10-15 minutes away from both Cagayan de Oro Airport and Cagayan de Oro Sea Port. About 10-15 minutes to the malls and shopping centers and just a few steps to pharmacies and convenience stores.
We are also just meters away from the three big hospitals of the city. Transportation is also no issue as taxis, jeepneys, motorelas, and trisikads could be ridden right at our doorsteps.
Our city's famous Pueblo de Oro golf course is just about 8-10 minutes away. Cagayan de Oro River - where the famous White Water Rafting takes place, City Hall, San Agustin Cathedral, and Divisoria - the city's commercial district and where the famous Night Cafe (Grilled Food & Great Bargains) happens every Friday & Saturday night - are just within walking distance.
