Rooms must be fully paid for it to be considered a "guaranteed" booking.

Guaranteed bookings may be cancelled at least 7 days prior to check-in date to get refund. However, we will deduct 10% cancellation fee.

For cancellations less than 7 days before the check-in date, the following shall follow:

1.  No Show = 100% charged

2.  Cancellation within 3 days = 100% charged

3.  Cancellation within 5 days =  50% charged
