| 2. The Travel Agent shall submit a booking order to bora sky hotel prior to confirmation. |
| Confirmation is subject to space availablity at the time of request. |
| Guest voucher is to be presented upon check-in; otherwise published rate will be applied. |
| 3. Rates given are net on a per room per night basis inclusive breakfast. |

| 4. Children 6 years old & below are Free of Charge if sharing room with two(2) adult; |
| However, no Extra bed and no breakfast will be provided. |
| 5. Check-in time strictly 2:00 PM and Check-out time strictly 12:00 PM. |
| Extension of stay will be subject to space availablity. |
| 6. ETA/ETD should be advised prior to guest arrival. |
| 7. Cancellations of guaranteed/finalized booking are subject to penalty. |
| 8. No Show/or Early Departure; Should the quest period of stay be lesser, full charges will be |
| applied equivalent to the actual duration of the guest stay. |
| 9. Force majeure clause; The hotel shall not be liable for failure to execute any arrangement |
| specified herein or indirectly occasioned or in consequence of labor disputes, Act of God, |
| or conditions beyond the control of Bora Sky Hotel. |
| 10. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. |
